Excursion

On the day before the conference, 13 March 2024, an excursion to the public transport company of the city of Halle/Saale will be organized for the conference participants. There, a tour to a de­pot (substation, depot control system) and a tour to a large tram construction site are on the program. Halle is the city with the first commercially electrically operated tram network in Germany.

The number of participants is limited. The meeting point is 12:00 in the lobby of the hotel, returning to the hotel at approximately 18:00.
