dcrps - The international industry event for DC rail power supply With around 450 participants each, and strong international participation, the two dcrps conferences in 2020 and 2022 were extremely successful. Right away they were the largest of their kind. It is therefore obvious to consider the third dcrps conference in the biennial change and as an alternative to the sister event acrps. The third dcrps is scheduled for 14/15 March 2024. De-carbonization, energy efficiency, increased performance, digitization - these are just a few buzzwords that currently dominate the railway industry and that also apply to DC electric traction power supply systems. The dcrps 2024 will deal with all DC railways with a nominal voltage of 600 V to 3 kV, both urban railways (trams, underground and suburban railways, trolleybuses) and DC long-distance railways. Other topics include interfaces to the charging infrastructure for electric buses and electrified roads.
